Nextstep is a low-cost digital subscription that provides immediate access to our content and services. Because of the nature of digital access, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
Billing issues
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, please reply to the receipt email you received at the time of purchase. Our support team will review your request and assist you as soon as possible.
